What is the Star Consultant Program?

The Star Consultant Program is a quarterly program that rewards you for your achievements. Each quarter, your goal is to reach a certain number of points, which are accumulated through your personal sales and team-building efforts. The higher your points, the higher your Star level, and the more luxurious the prizes you can earn.

There are 4 Quarters:

Quarter 1:

June 16 – September 15

Quarter 2:

September 16 – December 15

Quarter 3:

December 16 – March 15

Quarter 4:

March 16 – June 15

TEAM BUILDING POINTS

Each Qualified New Team Member you add to your team that quarter will provide you with 600 points! {Qualified means that they earned at least one of the Great Start Product Bundles during that quarter.}

PRODUCT POINTS

Every wholesale dollar you place to order product during that quarter, gives you a point. {You must have at least 1,800 product points that quarter in order for your team building points to count.}

Once the quarter comes to an end - if you have a minimum of 1,800 product points, your product points and team building points will then turn to CREDITS. Your credits can be used in your Star Prize Boutique! Based on the amount of points you earned, you can actually receive a boost in the amount of credits you have to spend. This means you actually get MORE credits than the amount of points you have.

However, you don’t just earn credits at these specific amounts! For every point amount above 1,800, you earn a corresponding credit conversion. So you are rewarded for ALL your effort – no points are lost! What does this mean? It means that if you end the quarter with 4,000 points, you can earn credits IN BETWEEN the 5,000 credit category and the 7,000 credit category. To calculate a specific amount of points, you can use the Credit Conversion Chart.

All-Star Status

When you are a Star all 4 quarters of the Mary Kay year, you can earn extra BONUS credits! You must be a Star every quarter to qualify by achieving at least the Sapphire Star level with a minimum of 1,800 product points.

If you have achieved this, you will earn extra credits based on your total points for the entire year.

New Consultants

New Consultants who start their business throughout the year can still achieve All-Star Status by being a Star each quarter from the time their business began, and achieving a minimum of 3,600 points for the year.

What do you do with your credits?

Once the quarter ends and you have credits to spend, you can start shopping with them right away, OR you can save them up for BIG prizes like vacations, concert tickets, electronics, furniture, etc.
